In this course, we will be looking at the most fascinating advancement of technology, and how it influences our communication, our identities, and our society. Students will be exposed to the scientific research on the effects of communication technology; form an understanding of the social and psychological factors through which communication technology makes an impact; learn methods to investigate the effects of communication technology; and rethink your own use of communication technology, and the future directions our society is heading into in this every-changing media environment.
