The 2018 registration will be available during the Fall of 2017. Please check back then.

Registration fees:

The fee structure for the 2018 course includes a variety of possible discounts as described below (note that discounts cannot be combined). If you are interested in university housing during the course, please be sure to include that information on your registration form.

The fee structure for the 2018 course includes a variety of possible discounts as described below (note that discounts cannot be combined).

  • Standard course tuition = $1,600
  • “Early Bird” discount (prior to February 9, 2018) = $1,525
  • Multiple participants discount (2 or more participants from the same company)= $1,500 each
  • Graduate student (needs approval) = $1000

Registration includes a set of notes, five (5) days of coffee/tea light refreshments, four (4) days luncheon, all breaks, a Pizza Mixer on Monday evening, and a Banquet on Wednesday evening.

We also offer single registration options:

  • 1-day registration = $800

Other fees:

University housing (optional): We have secured university housing for those who prefer to stay on-campus during the course. The fee is $65.00/night/person. Please note that you will share accommodations with 2 other attendees.

Parking fees (optional): Please note that if you choose university housing, you will be charged an added $10/day fee. If you have chosen to stay off-campus you may also purchase parking for the week for $50.00. Please be sure to mark the appropriate this option on the registration form.

Payment:

We offer payment via online credit card, checks and cashiers checks.

Cancellation/refund policy: Refund requests received before April 10, 2018 will be honored in full. After April 10th, there will be a processing charge of $725 deducted for meeting cancellation and a processing charge of one night will be deducted for housing cancellations.
