About Me

I am a fifth year graduate student in the Department of Physics at Lehigh University. I primarily conduct stellar astronomy research pertaining to how stars vary or change over time. I have a particular interest in long-term studies of stars and how they change in the tiny fraction of their lifetime we are able to observe.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Astronomy and Astrophysics at Penn State University in 2020, alongside minors in Physics and English. I am also interested in public outreach in astronomy and science communication, and I serve as an AAS Ambassador to help engage the public in astronomy and make science more accessible to all.

Aside from astronomy, my interests lie mostly outdoors. During the summer of 2021, I travelled on a cross-country road trip and back with my partner, and crossed many National Parks off my bucket list. I love hiking and camping, especially in new places. These middle-of-nowhere outings also offer some of the most incredible stargazing you will ever experience.
