From the organizations we reviewed today, or others you have studied, identify TEN extremely specific strategies that you can leverage for your own project. The strategies can be about the technology, the business model, access to capital, customer education, messaging, thought leadership, etc.

  1. Adapt our product to meet the needs of our customers, such that we can reach a larger audience.
  2. Focus on creating long-term relationships with customers to create reliable revenue streams and build rapport.
  3. Sell our product to a distributor who has the capability of reaching more customers.
  4. Provide a free trial to allow customers to gain familiarity with our product, and increase the likelihood of them purchasing it.
  5. Advertise our product so that people are aware of it and more will buy it. (Have a social media presence).
  6. Increase awareness about the issue we are trying to solve with our product. This may encourage people to purchase our product to help solve the issue.
  7. Work with companies that share a similar interest as ours: sustainability. They will be more likely to help us.
  8. Find locals who can take on leadership roles in our venture. They can provide local insight and keep the venture running year round.
  9. Have a complete end to end approach – consider the entire customer journey
  10. Take advantage of competitive products while developing our own.
