Changed our customer segments to include customers in less price-sensitive markets.
Added “less expensive product” to value propositions because our ultimate goal is to help lower the prices and make it comparable.
Removed transportation from Key Activities.
Removed “farm visits” from cost structures because once steady state, will not need to spend money to visit farms and will have a steady agricultural waste source.
Added employees/salaries to cost structures because we will have people working at the factory.
Added bioplastic production and product manufacturing under key activities
