1.What constituted the partnership?

• Manufacturers- we need someone to produce our prototypes 
• Plant Nurseries- we needed someone to by our plants from, they need money 
• Cloud Service Provider – We needed someone to host our data monitoring system, they need customers 

Further explanation of partners:

• Manufacturers: We maintain strategic relationships with manufacturers to ensure the quality and consistency of our technological and structural components.
• Plant Nurseries: Collaboration with local plant nurseries provides us with a sustainable source of plant varieties.
• Cloud Service Provider: By utilizing Azure and partnering with a hosting website, we secure a reliable platform for our online retail site and app.

 

2.How did the partner help you? How did you help them?

-Manufacturers: aided our team with constructing our partitions. While EcoRealm helped with business

-Plant Nurseries: Provide us with plants that we then implement into our EcoRealm Partitions. We provide them with Business.

-Cloud Service Provider: allow us to accurately collect data from our ecorealms. We provide them with business.

 

3.Was this a symbiotic relationship? Why or why not?

• I would argue these are all symbiotic because we mutually benefit from their service just as they benefit from our business in the form of money 

 

4.What would help strengthen this partnership and make it more equitable?

• I don’t think we necessarily have something that would make this more equitable. I would argue this is simply engaging in fair trade commerce.
