Hola,
My name is Diego Elmar Roberto Lara Setzer (You can call me whatever you’d like, I don’t mind), and I am a student currently enrolled in Lehigh University.
I was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala (Creative huh?) about 20-ish years ago (Yes, I’m old, I know) and lived there for most of my life. Guatemala is a gorgeous country filled with so many hidden places to discover and kind people to learn from. The temperature is close to perfect, there is not a better breakfast than eggs with beans and tortillas (ufff), the black volcanic sand paints the beaches; mountains and volcanos cover the whole place, and most importantly, my family is there.
It’s nice, it’s cool, it’s comfortable. But sometimes comfortable gets you stuck. So, after some thought, I decided I needed to get away, by myself; somewhere new, different, and uncomfortable. And I landed in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Never thought I’d be walking around deer, feeding squirrels, slipping on ice, and wearing three pairs of pants, but hey! It’s been a wild ride so far, and I intend on making this time count.
If you read the whole thing, thanks? Haha hope you enjoyed it, as well as whatever else my mind deems worth of sharing.
