Dr. Usha Mudiganti

Usha MudigantiDr. Usha Mudiganti is a faculty member at Ambedkar University in Delhi, India, where she teaches literature in English at the School of Letters.

Her areas of research and teaching interest are childhoods in literature, gender studies, and popular culture. Her monograph, Toying with Childhood: Tracing the Child-Toy Bond from Britain and America to India, published by Routledge in 2022, is based on her doctoral research work and reflects her commitment to centering the child while doing Childhood Studies. Dr. Mudiganti has also published essays on Kipling, partition literature, and childhood trauma.
