Injection Mold Manufacturing

Led the design and manufacturing of matchbox cars. This involved translating client (middle school student) feedback into functional CAD models, CNC machining custom aluminum mold plates, and executing plastic injection molding for final product delivery. The project also served as a community outreach initiative, guiding middle school students through engineering concepts. My 8th Grade clients asked specifically for lighning McQueen from the movie Cars.
