Develop and Visualize the Theory of Change (Logic Model) for your venture.
Spring outcomes: 3+ new recipes (muffin, pudding, bouillon cubes,pb balls, etc.), developed packaging for recipes, analyzing the costs and taking them into consideration, make sure we use products that are accessible to the community in our recipes
Summer outcomes: feedback on recipes, even if negative, progress based on feedback, continue work we’ve been doing; 100 of each product a day sold by end of fieldwork
Fantastic work on your logic model. Your question list is good too, and I think it might be helpful to come up with sub-questions for some of the questions you already identified. For example, for “how do you think the community will react to your project” you could ask”how do people respond to other new food products (if they exist), what types of food, or food with what sorts of characteristics would be more likely to get a positive reaction? Etc.”
