Although I only started at Lehigh a few short months ago, I already feel that Bob has helped me achieve more than I thought I could. I had an eagerness to learn and a ton of excitement coming into EES, but was also nervous and had a lot of questions. Bob gave my boisterous and often nervous energy the direction it needed. I continue to feel calmed by his guidance and motivated by his passion for what he does.

Mentor comments:
To me, mentoring is about closely listening to students, trying to understand the challenges that they face, and then providing a gentle nudge to help them find their own path ahead. Everyone's path is different. Seeing students as they discover their passions and identify the exciting ways to put those passions into practice is as inspiring to me as it is to them.
