Clara has been an amazing mentor, not just officially with this program and my Master's Degree, but even before, I always knew I could talk to her about anything. She genuinly listens and cares. I see that through out her work life as well. Students gravitate towards her because the know she is always an open ear. I was so excited when I found out she was my mentor. Even if she doesn't know the answer she always has suggestions and encouragment. I always leave our talks feeling like I can accomplish anything. I nominate Clara because it's time to give back to this wonderful individual who is always there for me (us).
