Larry is always helpful to me. I can recall numerous occasions where we slacked even in the nights to finish a job or reach a deadline. He generously answers my questions and puts himself into my shoes. He has never tried to show he knows more than me or other students, although typically this is the way it is. He, further, provides me with an independency every PhD student wish for. I am truthfully glad that I chose him as my adviser. 🙂
