Overall, mentoring form me is about giving the student information, support, counseling, motivation, opportunities, as well as an environment in which ideas are freely discussed, so that the student can grow to take full advantage of his skills and become a successful professional in academia or industry. In mentoring, I aim not only to do this, but to do it with passion and kindness.

Mentoring is definitely one of the most meaningful and rewarding parts of my job. Watching students learn, improve and reach different achievements under your watch means a lot. Furthermore, there is nothing more rewarding that students thanking you once they reach their professional goals.
