Mark is always supporting my professional growth. Whenever I have problems related to my research or career management, I can discuss those issues with him since he is approachable and willing to spare some time for me. He is also understanding enough to schedule those meetings based on my kid's night time schedule since we are all dealing with Covid-19 related situations. I should be honest about that I wasn't aware of how much he helped me to develop soft skills as well as technical skills during these 3 years until recently. Thanks for being my mentor. I hope these feelings are mutual 🙂
