To me, mentoring means creating an environment that embraces critical reflection, disruptive dialogue, and ultimately promotes active citizenship. I will never claim to have all of the answers, but I hope that I provide a space for students to engage in opportunities that promote their own growth and wellbeing. To be part of that journey with students is a privilege and I am grateful to be a part of their experience at Lehigh.
