      • We are solving the issue of malnutrition in the Makeni region of Sierra Leone by providing nutritious food at an affordable price using our production process

        • People who shop in the Sierra Leone markets for food for their families
          • These are primarily the mothers of the families

 

  • Channels

 

        • Direct channel: Our employee, Jawara, sells the produced mushrooms in various markets in Sierra Leone
          • We utilize a freezer truck to transport our product around Sierra Leone
        • Virtual channel: We are able to sell mushrooms in the global market through our website

        • How are we going to get customers?
          • Word of mouth from current customers
          • Advertising in the markets, give out samples

        • We have a strategic alliance with Jawara and World Hope International. We work together to produce mushrooms and supply it directly to our customers in Makeni.

        • Production: We need to stay on top of our production systems and always try our best to develop our processes so that it’s the most efficient way to produce mushrooms. By working together, we can essentially reduce the cost of mushrooms per kilo since our partners can directly sell to the market in Makeni without having us around.
