CEC Monthly Update: Nov 2022

The entire CEC meets on a monthly basis—to discuss working groups’ plans and progress.

In the interest of transparency, following each meeting we will be posting a brief recap of what was discussed, as well as any action items.

Highlights from the November 2022 meeting are listed below:

Updates: 

• • Working Group Restructuring
  • WG1: Programming
  • WG2: Communications
  • WG3: Ambassadorship
  • WGs will collaborate to collect DI&E events and resources (WG1), communicate it via website and social media (WG2), and facilitate discussions on campus (WG3)

Upcoming:

• • The next Monthly CEC meeting will be on Friday, December 2nd 10-11:30 AM
  • RCEAS is open to having a CEC rep join their department meetings beginning Fall 2023

Action Items / Next Steps:

• • Schedule half of the meeting time for WGs to collaborate during next monthly CEC meeting
  • Work with DAR to see if micro-targeting donations to specific DI&E areas of Lehigh is possible
