Cunconan-Lahr, Robin

Robin Cunconan-Lahr, Esq. is of Counsel to the law firm, Greater Good Legal. She focuses her practice in the representation of families and individuals with disabilities, primarily in special education law matters. She counsels families of children with disabilities, attends IEP meetings, and provides legal representation in negotiations, settlements, and due process hearings. Her work also involves advocacy through education and trainings in such topics as Universal Design for Learning (UDL), inclusive practices in early childhood environments, and family – school collaborations. In addition, Robin is an adjunct faculty member of Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, teaching special education courses to future teachers. In this capacity she has coordinated several federal and state grants providing professional development and pre-service preparations and developing tools and resources including the Building Inclusive Child Care Universal Design for Learning Checklist, referenced and used nationally in the field of early childhood. She has presented at numerous national and state conferences, including CEC and TASH. Throughout her career, Robin has been associated with various disability rights advocacy groups and currently serves as president of the Board of Directors for Mikayla’s Voice, a non-profit organization
that inspires children of all abilities to share the message of inclusion.
