As part of the testing assignment, we first identified the features based on which we would be testing the products.

Then we planned our setup how we are going to conduct testing assignment.

As part of the customer mapping, our demographic analysis included talking to Lehigh University students and observe their interaction with our product and the competitor’s

We also asked the students to try to cut the paper for different shapes and learn their product experience and share with us their insights about the products. This helped us to see how ergonometric feel of the product can create strong positive impression on the customer and how the actual intended purpose of the product may change that after experimenting the products.
