Dresses after the Victorian era became shorter, lighter and more comfortable. The women still wore corsets and changed their dresses numerous times a day, depending on the activity. Blouses features high necklines in light fabrics such as lace. Two piece outfits, high waistlines and tailored jackets were all on-trend.
