7.26.2016 – Prof. Strandwitz presents two talks at the 16th AVS Atomic Layer Deposition conference in Dublin Ireland. The talks presented were entitled “Tunnel Layer Dielectrics for High Barrier Height Contacts in Photovoltaics: Understanding Fixed Charge in Tunnel-Active Thicknesses” and “Cyclic Azasilanes as Volatile and Reactive Precursors for ALD and MLD”.
