4.11.2018 – Ling Ju successfully defends her thesis! Congratulations Dr. Ju. The first PhD student has been minted from our group and she will join the workforce in the semiconductor industry!

7.26.2016 – Prof. Strandwitz presents two talks at the 16th AVS Atomic Layer Deposition conference in Dublin Ireland. The talks presented were entitled “Tunnel Layer Dielectrics for High Barrier Height Contacts in Photovoltaics: Understanding Fixed Charge in Tunnel-Active Thicknesses” and “Cyclic Azasilanes as Volatile and Reactive Precursors for ALD and MLD”.
