Lehigh’s College of Education, Intermediate Unit 20, & Intermediate Unit 21 are excited to host the fourth annual Teaching & Learning With Technology Summit!

Directions: If you have a GPS unit in your car or on your phone, please use this address: 621 Taylor Street, Bethlehem, PA 18015. If you would like to map out your route, please use this link to Lehigh’s official directions/maps web page.

Parking: You will park at the Zoellner Parking Garage, located to the east of Rauch (420 E. Packer Ave., Bethlehem, PA 18015). An attendant will be present starting at 8:00 am. Please let them know that you are attending the Summit and they will open the gate for you. If you arrive prior to 8:00 am you will need to pay the fee to enter the lot so please be mindful of timing.

Rauch Business Center: You will follow the “Summit Registration” signs from Zoellner to Rauch.

Checking in: The registration will be located at the Perella Auditorium entrance starting at 8:00. Please stop to pick up your name tag and sign-in for ACT48 credit (if applicable). We will have volunteers available to help direct you to your session and restrooms.

Technology: We recommend that you bring your laptop, phone and/or tablet (and charger, if needed). Lehigh has a guest wifi account that you will be able to join once on campus.

Food & refreshments: We will offer a continental breakfast that will include an assortment of bagels with butter, cream cheese and assorted preserves as well as freshly brewed coffee and teas. Breakfast will be available at the registration table. Lunch will be provided in Lamberton Hall, a short walk from Rauch (again we will help you get there!). Our lunch menu consists of a selection of wraps with chips, fresh fruit assorted beverages, and a dessert. If you choose to stay for the Un-Conference, we will offer an afternoon refreshment service.

Student Showcases: We will have Student Showcases on display during lunch and encourage everyone to stop by the tables and learn more about the projects!

Schedule of the Day: If you do not already have the Guidebook app, please download it on your phone, tablet and/or laptop. Once you have it loaded, please search for the 4th Annual Teaching and Learning with Technology Summit. You will use this to build your schedule and know the location of the sessions (room numbers will be added shortly). We will have a few paper copies around but not many so please come prepared!
