Having the credits to surpass both English 001, 002, and 011, for my first semester at Lehigh I took English 100, the introductory course for the English major. I was given a first look at college writing: diving into poems, short stories, literary theory, secondary source documents, and primary source documents. I excelled in my first steps to becoming an English major, and the following essays were written and worked on during the class.
