Development and application of an Integer Programming Model to shift scheduling algorithm based on candidate preferences and availability. Presenting a case study of its application at the Linderman Library to automate shift scheduling of work-study positions for the Spring 2020 term. Proposed a three-schedule system to increase the flexibility and practicality of the scheduling system.
