Our soundtrack producer and sound engineer Amari (Donterrius Walker, ’19) won a 2019 Williams Prize for Musical Composition. His composition “I’m F.I.N.E.” was the first Hip-Hop/ Spoken Word track to win the prize. This is Amari’s third Williams Prize; he won twice in 2018. Amari discusses his composition and his inspiration in conversation with Kevin Kirner on Episode 3 of The Gamble. You can hear more of Amari’s compositions in Betting on Bethlehem, for which he composed and produced a full-length soundtrack. Congratulations, Amari!
