Ankit Roy: Prof. Balasubramanian has been relentlessly supportive workwise and in terms of career development of his research group members. He responds to our emails almost immediately and has always made us feel well looked after. He constantly motivates me to carry out good research while giving me my personal space to independently carry out the research according to my plans. That is the best part of having him as my adviser.

Indranil Roy: Prof. Ganesh is one of his kind. He is more proactive than any of us, sometimes more excited about our work than even ourselves. He is also very considerate about our personal lives as well. Thank you Professor for always being there for us.
