Mentoring is a process of showing how to handle situations in all areas relating to career and life itself so that the mentee has an example to pattern after when he/she leaves college to strike out on his/her own. It is an very meaningful endeavor for it is going to affect some other person's life for a long time to come and hopefully, in turn, may affect others as well.
