Lit Coffee Roastery and Bakeshop is a new coffee shop that combines coffee with baked goods and live music. It is one of many businesses in Bethlehem that tries to be inclusive in the workplace.
Lit Coffee Roastery and Bakeshop
The Trifecta French Toast is bacon encrusted texas toast with two over medium eggs on top and real maple syrup. Roasted has many unique specialty type food options that are relatively affordable.
Deja Brew Coffeehouse and Deli
Mericel Mirabal, ’22, ordered an iced vanilla coffee from Deja Brew. Lucy Zhou, ’20 (not pictured), ordered an iced caramel coffee.
Deja Brew has many specialty drinks along with its usual menu of sandwiches and coffee. For example, the coffee shop offers a Nutella latte and the Dalai latte.
Sagra Beans Coffeehouse and Roastery is located on 306 S New St., Bethlehem, PA. The shop offers desserts, quick bites, coffee and more.
Domaci offers a range of products from pillows to wall decor to mugs. The design of the store is homey and welcoming.
Domaci is an inclusive business within an inclusive community. The owners often collaborate with Lit and Color Me Mine for events.
The furniture store is owned by Warren Clark and his husband Derrick. Domaci holds many events, including drag shows in partnership with local businesses.
Domaci is a furniture store located at 21 E 3rd St., Bethlehem, PA. The cozy and rustic interior design features many trinkets and stylish furniture.
The mango shrimp is an entree offered at Jenny’s that includes shrimp, mango, snow pea and red pepper in a sweet and sour sauce. The wonton mee with chicken is a noodle soup that mixes shrimp and pork wontons with veggies and thin noodles in a light broth.
Jenny’s Kuali is a malaysian restaurant located at 102 E 4th St., Bethlehem, PA. The restaurant is owned by Jenny Lim, who was one of many female entrepreneurs featured in Fig.
The iced chai has a more subtle sweetness that makes a refreshing and light drink. Sagra Beans currently has summer prices for iced coffee and tea, so the iced chai is a great choice for good flavor at a reduced price.
