Since childhood, art has been a main interest of mine. I have always loved to draw, and I started playing the piano and the viola during elementary school. Having these creative outlets has always been a help in my life, and integrating art with science has been a main focus of the IDEAS degree I am pursuing. I was drawn to join the NeuroSalon because I believe this integration of neuroscience with different artistic fields can help many people in their personal and educational pursuits. At Lehigh, I also play viola in the LU Philharmonic and a string quartet, and I’m involved in E-nable and Artists for Change.
