Short Courses
Dr. Mohamed El-Aasser has organized as well as providing lectures in three Annual Short Courses, as well as two in-house courses at industrial companies, and also gave lectures at one other Annual Short Course. All are listed below.
- Advances in Emulsion Polymerization and Latex Technology – One week annual short course.
- 1972 – Present: Organizer and Lecturer (3 lectures/year), held every year in June at Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA, USA.
- 1978 – Present: Co-organizer and lecturer (3 lectures/year), held every year in August, in Davos, Switzerland.
- Course Speakers include university professors and Industrial scientists who are research active in various aspects of the science, engineering and applications of emulsion polymerization and latex systems.
- The course provides valuable learning experience to industrial scientists and engineers as well as graduate students. Over 5000 world-wide participants in the course over the years.
