On September 13, ten students woke up early to go to the 7 Tubs Nature Area, about an hour’s drive north of Lehigh University. The pandemic forced us to only 2 per car, but drivers and passengers still had lively conversations. After arriving, we regrouped and started off on a ~2 mile hike, much of it by the creek.
We made the obligatory rest stop at the top of a grassy hill, with a train and power lines in view. Soon after, we found ourselves by the creek again, many of us ready to take a dip.
The water was brisk, yet the majority of students went down the natural water slides a whole 2 times!
Another exciting trip in the books. This time, we had a remarkable mix of new and experienced Outing Club members.
