Prof. Pimputkar presents at ASEE
Prof. Pimputkar discusses his work on reformulating the Introduction to Materials Science course at Lehigh and adding TRAC Fellows to the mix and having students write Wiki-articles to educate their peers. He will be presenting his work on Jun 18 at the 2019 American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE). At long last, Prof. Nick Strandwitz has walked the walk and talked the talk and has been given the seal of approval. Congrats on receiving tenure and being promoted to Associate Professor! Looking forward to many more productive years.

This endowed chair is “awarded to the most outstanding junior faculty in the P.C. Summer has arrived and students want to get their hands dirty in designing circuits and control systems. Julio will come and get us straight in the world of LabView and other control circuitry. Great stuff and looking forward to a productive summer!
Conference Chair for IWBNS-XI
PI Siddha is the conference chair for IWBNS-XI which will be held in the fall of 2020 in the Lehigh Valley. Lots of work ahead, but looking forward to organizing an awesome workshop as the many that have come prior!

Congratulations are in order for Vince Rienzi: He was just accepted to his dream school, University of California, Santa Barbara, to pursue his Ph.D. in Materials. Best of luck and enjoy the sunny beaches while playing frisbee! UCSB is certainly lucky to have you.
Plumbing job continues
One thing is for sure, this lab will be a great place to do some exciting work. So shiny and new. Just look at all those gas lines. Can’t wait for the gas cabinets to arrive to hear them humming. Hoping for April to be the official ribbon cutting month!
