Welcome Saskia Schimmel!
Saskia Schimmel is our latest addition to the team. Coming from FAU Erlangen with a Ph.D. in Engineering, she will make significant contributions in laying the foundation for a productive research lab in the MATS group. Welcome!
Patent Application filed for HPS-CVD idea
Innovation continues in the MATS Lab group with the latest idea being submitted as a patent application: High pressure spatial chemical vapor deposition system and related process (HPS-CVD). Looking for industrial partners to see this tool become a unique industrial tool for enabling high-indium content III-N semiconductor alloys or achieving exceptional doping concentrations.
