Registration
There is no registration fee for SSP 2022. Nonetheless, all participants must register for the conference and must comply with Lehigh University’s COVID-19 policy for campus visitors (https://coronavirus.lehigh.edu/campus-visitors). (Note that this policy is subject to change at any time at the university’s discretion.)
The organizers are committed to a welcoming and inclusive conference, free of discrimination and harassment. All registered participants are expected to abide by the anti-harassment policy, which can be found here.
We have support from the NSF Division of Mathematical Sciences to allow (full or partial) reimbursement of travel expenses for some participants. Graduate students, early-career researchers, women, and members of underrepresented groups are especially encouraged to register and apply for funds. The deadline to apply for funding is Feb. 1.
In addition, the IMS has travel grants for students and new researchers that attend co-sponsored meetings. The application deadline is Feb. 1— more information can be found at https://www.imstat.org/ims-awards/.
