Made of limestone, this courthouse has columns, pediment, and a decorative corbel tables around the line of the roof. The windows are not Palladian but contain an arched window sitting on top of a rectangle- creating an elongated opening. This building is built above a heavier blocked level like a more clean-lined form of rustication.
