The fee structure for the 2025 course includes a variety of possible discounts as described below (note that discounts cannot be combined). If you are interested in university housing during the course, please be sure to include that information on your registration form.

- Standard course tuition = $1,850
- “Early Bird” discount (prior to March 1, 2025) = $1,750
- Multiple participants discount (2 or more participants from the same company)= $1,700 each
- Graduate student (Advisor letter certifying full time status must accompany registration.) = $1,350
Fees cover registration, a set of notes, five (5) days of beverages at break, and lunch provided for four (4) days and a Pizza Mixer for participants networking on Monday Evening.
We also offer single registration options:
- 1-day registration = $925
Other fees:
University housing (optional): We have secured university housing for those who prefer to stay on-campus during the course. The fee is $65.00/night/person. Please note that you will share accommodations with 2 other attendees.
Parking fees (optional): Please note that if you choose university housing, you will be charged an added $15/day fee. If you have chosen to stay off-campus you may also purchase parking for the week for $75.00. Please be sure to mark the appropriate this option on the registration form.
All participants parking on Lehigh’s campus will be asked to complete a one-page parking permit information sheet and also provide a copy of their car registration or rental car contract. After a participant has registered for parking, Debra Nyby will send a follow up email with the one page parking permit form to complete prior to coming to campus, which will ensure the check in process will be streamlined.

Cancellation/refund policy:
Refund requests received before May 1, 2025 will be honored in full. After May 1st there will be a processing charge of $925 deducted for meeting cancellation and a processing charge of one night ($65.00) for housing cancellations.
Please note: Individuals who cancel and are assessed the $925.00 cancellation fee will be provided with a set of the Short Course Notes.
