The observance will begin May 29, 2020, the 50th anniversary of the Board of Trustees vote to admit undergraduate women to Lehigh University, and is expected to close at Commencement 2022. Some elements of the celebration may continue through 2025, marking the 50th anniversary of the graduation of the first class of Lehigh women.
There is no central budget for the celebration. Projects are to be funded by units and organizations that own them.
The celebration as a whole, and the events calendar, will be regularly promoted by the university and Alumni Relations. You can promote your specific project through the usual channels available to your area or organization, including the University Events calendar.
Special Collections offers resources at http://libraryguides.lehigh.edu/c.php?g=106265&p=690970. You can also email inspc@lehigh.edu with questions.
