Donors will receive an automatic “Thank you” email and gift receipt from Lehigh- but make sure they get one from you too!  A handwritten note or card goes a long way, and the Alumni Relations Office will help to provide donor information. All donors should receive a thank you card within 1-2 weeks of project completion.

What to include:

• Thank them for their support
• Give them a few examples of how their support helped you. Ex. “You’re gift helped us by being able to purchase the building materials.”
• Give them an update on how the project is progressing or the aftermath
• Provide pictures of your completed project (if applicable)
