When creating language for an email, provide a background on your group/project.  Remember not to assume the audience is familiar with your chosen project. Tell people who you are and why you’re interested in the subject!

• How will this project impact your studies and time at Lehigh?
• Focus on the impact
• How will your project positively impact the Lehigh community and beyond?
